During the MLP Northern Rising post-event press conference, Adam Copeland made a specific suggestion that Christian Cage needs to wrestle at Maple Leaf Gardens. Copeland believes this match would be a significant goal for Cage, describing it as a white whale he has to chase if running the full gamut of venues. The reasoning relies on their shared history there since they attended multiple events at the venue together. The pair frequently sat near the entrance ramp to interact with fans, always trying to get seats right next to the ramp so that maybe they could slap hands.
