Philadelphia police identified a 22-year-old man accused of harassing people in a Chucky mask while asking if they were ready to die. Surveillance footage from CAMERA01, CAMERA02, and CAMERA04 shows the suspect in a creepy doll mask, black hoodie, and backpack alongside his mugshot
this gives me major 2015 Halloween prankster vibes but like way more unhinged and honestly kinda scary to think about what kind of trauma makes someone dress as a killer doll in public
