The image features Ash Ketchum and Pikachu from Pokémon. They are both recoiling from a strong, unpleasant odor, indicated by yellow gas clouds and their disgusted facial expressions. Ash is holding his nose with one hand and sticking out his tongue, while Pikachu is doing the same. The scene appears to be in a town with buildings and stairs in the background. The style is animated and humorous, focusing on the characters' reactions. A watermark reads "MY MIXTAPEZ".
