A group of men and one woman are posing for a formal photograph. They are all wearing black suits with striped ties and appear to be in a conference room or auditorium setting. Behind them, a large image of a Turkish flag and a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is displayed. Above the group, numbered placards from 7 to 12 are visible. The overall mood is serious and official.
