    The A24 horror film 'Backrooms' has crossed the $250 million mark globally, surpassing the runs of 'Get Out,' 'Us,' 'Annabelle,' 'The Village,' 'Halloween,' and 'A Quiet Place: Day One' at the worldwide box office. Directed by Kane Parsons, also known as YouTuber Kane Pixels, the film is crushing it overseas with a $12 million third weekend, a 51% drop from last weekend, for a $102.3 million international cume across 54 markets. Combined with its $160 million domestic total, the phenomenon , made on a $10 million production budget (not including marketing) , has reached a $262.3 million global cume, beating the runs of 'Get Out' ($255.8M), 'Us' ($256.1M), 'Annabelle' ($257.6M), 'The Village' ($257.6M), 'Halloween' ($259.9M), and 'A Quiet Place: Day One' ($261.9M). It is now the 34th highest-grossing horror film ever. The film is eyeing a $300 million to $340 million global run.
