Guillermo del Toro Saturn Awards 2025 Frankenstein
Guillermo del Toro has issued a stark warning about artificial intelligence and the erosion of creative freedom in filmmaking. Speaking at the Saturn Awards, where his film "Frankenstein" won Best Horror Film, he said: "We are on the verge of cinema illiteracy. The existence of an image is not just to be there. It is to connect us, to make us feel beauty." The director held the Saturn Award trophy while delivering his remarks.
