Riyadh's next big football project is officially on the map. The King Salman Stadium is set to open late 2029 with room for 92,000 fans, and it'll be the new base for the Saudi Arabia national team. It's also expected to take center stage during the 2034 World Cup. The design pulls from the local mountains, giving it this look like it's rising out of the ground. Solar panels sit on the roof, green walls help keep the place cooler, and there's a rooftop walkway with 360-degree views of the city. It even links up directly with King Abdulaziz Park. This is shaping up to be one seriously impressive venue.
