It pulls the video plus subtitles, goes through the transcript to extract the script, then figures out where each topic begins and ends. Every segment gets scored from 1 to 10, and only the high-value ones survive the cut. From there it writes a title for each clip and bundles related ones into packs. A two-hour podcast comes out the other side as fifteen vertical clips. TikTok, Shorts, Reels, and X all pay for views, so that math is not hard. The machine you run it on is your own.
