Dale Caldwell resigns as NJ Lt Gov
An independent investigation into New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Dale Caldwell found serious, repeated violations of state policy, including ethical lapses and a substantiated finding of sexual harassment. The report documented a pattern of behavior failing to uphold office responsibilities and not meeting administration standards. After being given a deadline to resign by today, Caldwell submitted his resignation this afternoon, which the speaker accepted.
