Christa Pike is alive and walking after a lethal injection that failed to kill her. Jamie writing for the NY Post wonders if executions need an automatic Do Not Resuscitate clause built in. The whole point of the sentence is for the person to die, so keeping them alive on life support defeats the purpose entirely. If someone survives the attempt, the author says they should just get a second shot at it.
