Kelly Clarkson on Brooklyn store

Nobody enjoys being treated like Julia Roberts' character in 'Pretty Woman', yet a Brooklyn store clearly thinks that's acceptable service. Kelly Clarkson called them out for this approach, telling the staff they're an idiot and just lost a huge sale because of how they behaved. Instead of that experience, she pointed people toward Art of Play in Brooklyn as a place where customers actually get better treatment.
