The economic ripple from BTS's sold-out run in Lima, Peru is officially being called BTSNomics. Three shows packed with 151,500 people generated roughly ₩78 BILLION (~$58.1M) for the city in a short window. That total includes about $18.7 MILLION in tourism-related impact after over 50,000 visitors arrived for the events. What started as a planned two-show run expanded to three dates because demand was so major. The surge in activity was visible on the ground too; ride-hailing requests via Cabify to the stadium jumped up to 15 times before the performance and soared to 48 times afterward.
