What holds is the loyalty underneath. The bond gets tested, sure, but the love doesn't go anywhere, and that's what pulls them through the adjustment. Evan Todd plays Adam with a warmth that makes the whole thing land. If you're hunting for LGBTQ+ films that sit in friendship and self-acceptance and the plain nerve it takes to just be who you are, this one delivers. It's funny, it's soft, it's got that queer joy running through it, and it leaves you with the idea that real friendship doesn't care about labels 🍿
