Being able to every day just take a second and breathe and appreciate what you're grateful for. I think that's a big thing for me. So I also love getting haircuts. You know, you're able to look yourself in the mirror and be like, I'm a handsome gentleman. So I just I think the biggest thing is just understanding what works for you. Everybody doesn't have the same thing that brings them joy. But whatever you can do for your mental health, I think is a big thing. So for me, it's those few things.
