    Keke Palmer is sitting down with Amy Poehler to talk about Jennifer Lopez, calling her a real mentor. She explains that whenever she goes through things in life, JLo will randomly text saying Call me if you need me. When Keke calls, she gets some real deal advice from someone who is a real girl's girl. Palmer says she loves JLo and feels like no one can get her off of her. She describes the star as a real boss bitch who doesn't play but has deep respect for people showing up and giving 100%. They bonded because JLo saw Keke on her grind and in her own bag. JLo asked how she could help and how they could work together. Palmer notes that JLo wants her to win in a way that acknowledges she is already winning.

Well, first of all, I love that she's a real boss bitch and she don't play. Yeah. She's very like, come on. But she's again, watching. And she has respect for people that are showing up and giving 100%. Yeah. And so we kind of bonded because she saw me like on my grind. I wasn't like trying to be too like, I mean, I'm on a van. But I was like, I have so much respect for you. And then boom, I'm going to what I got to do. And I'm focusing on my thing. And she was kind of like, well, how can I help you with that? Like, how can we, like, she really liked that I was in my own bag. And we became really close after that. And I've gone through things in my life where it's like randomly, she'll be like, call me if you need me. I'll call her and she'll give me some real deal. And it's like, it's just like, she's a real girl's girl. Mentor. You know what I mean? She's a real mentor. And she's like, I want you to win. You know what I mean? And I want you to win. And also, I want you to win in this way where it's also like, you're already winning. Yeah. Which is a really cool way to empower somebody. Yes. You know what I mean?
