Kyle Fletcher has been watching Brit wrestling developments for years, keeping tabs on the scene while he maintains his connections there. When asked who might fit into the Don Callis Family, one name immediately jumped out from his memory: Connor Mills. Fletcher wrestled against Mills multiple times during his own time in that region and knows him well. He notes significant growth over the last couple of years, observing how much Connor has blossomed. Fletcher believes Connor is developing into a fantastic wrestler and an even better young man. Given all that history and current trajectory, he thinks Mills would fit in very well with the group.

And there's a running joke online and just beyond that the Don Callis family is just humongous and no matter who comes into AEW, they just end up in the Don Callis family. Is there anyone that you're keeping on in the British wrestling scene or just independent that you would love to see join the Don Callis family? That is a great question. Obviously, my ties to Brit wrestling, I always keep track of what's going on. I think probably the one that sticks out in my brain is maybe Connor Mills. Yes. Connor Mills is someone that I've wrestled a bunch of times when I was over here and I think as well he's blossoming into a fantastic wrestler, fantastic young man and I think he would fit in very well. I mean I've known Connor Mills for a long time as well. He's blossomed so, it's crazy how much he's grown especially in the past couple of years
