    President Trump is ready to push the case straight to SCOTUS after a district judge blocked his executive order on birthright tourism, and legal expert John Yoo says that ruling likely violated the Supreme Court. The same judge who issued a similar decision during a previous attempt at this order has done it again, acting too early by trying to stop an executive order before it was enforced against anyone. Yoo points out that the Supreme Court already said district judges who tried to block the ballroom expansion of the White House were acting prematurely before harm occurred. He argues several portions of the order will pass Supreme Court review, starting with the provision expanding the definition of people ineligible for birthright citizenship to include those working for governmental organizations. You just saw the Supreme Court say district judges who tried to stop the ballroom expansion of the White House were acting too early before anyone had been harmed. Here you have a district judge who's again trying to block an executive order before it's been enforced against anyone. Now that may come in the future, but it hasn't happened yet. Second, if you look at the executive order, several portions of it I THINK WILL, AS YOU SAY, DANA, PASS SUPREME COURT REVIEW. FOR EXAMPLE, ONE EXPANDS THE DEFINITION OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T GET THE RIGHT OF BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP BECAUSE THEY WORK FOR GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS. ANOTHER ONE EXPANDS INTO THAT CLASS AND SAYS FOREIGN TERRORISTS AND ORGANIZATIONS, THEIR CHILDREN DON'T GET TO BE CITIZENS. THOSE ARE ACTUALLY WORKING WITHIN THE EXCEPTIONS THAT THE SUPREME COURT SAID EXIST UNDER BIRTHRIGHT WHEN IT ANNOUNCED ITS DECISION LAST NUMBER. THERE IS A THIRD PROVISION ABOUT PEOPLE WHO COME HERE DELIBERATELY FOR A BIRTH TURRORISM. THAT MIGHT BE THE ONE THAT'S SHAKIEST.
