Congress has to pass a law now before Trump tries to shut this loophole on his own. The situation involves Xu Bo, a Chinese billionaire with over 100 kids, maybe as many as 300, many of whom hold U.S. citizenship. A CBS report says an American surrogate thought she was working for a single dad but the guy is actually Xu Bo. Supreme Court Justice Sam Alito warned that adversaries are gaming birthright citizenship and exploiting it. If these kids pledge loyalty to the CCP they could vote here and work to undermine the United States. This is exactly the crisis we face when birthright citizenship gets weaponized by foreign powers.
