Supreme Court blocks Trump USPS mail-in ballot rules

The Supreme Court just shut down President Trump's US Postal Service election security rules for mail-in ballots, and the timing is brutal with the midterms coming. Kavanaugh wrote it plain: IT'S TOO LATE FOR THE MIDTERMS. Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito dissented, at least they saw it. Un-freaking-believable. ROGUE JUDGES managed to stall this thing until the last possible second. So the USPS security push before the midterms is basically over, except for DOJ sending monitors to watch for any foul play. The Court's own words: "The Government is unlikely to succeed on the merits of its challenge to the District Court's preliminary injunction. And the equitable factors applicable for obtaining emergency relief from this Court do not favor a stay." Kavanaugh added that running the rule in the 2026 elections would be arbitrary and capricious under the Administrative Procedure Act, since state and local election officials don't have enough time to implement it before voters head to the polls. The application went to JUSTICE JACKSON, who referred it to the full Court, and it was denied. #DonaldTrump

So far, so good. Okay. So, that's a big deal. Very proud of it. And I think, I don't know how it can be challenged. I'll probably challenge it. You may find a rogue judge. You've got a lot of rogue judges. Very bad, bad people. Very bad judges. but that's the only way that can be changed and hopefully well we don't appeal if it is but i don't i don't see how anybody can challenge it i don't see how they can challenge it
