Black hole sound from NGC 1275

NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory spotted pressure waves in the hot gas circling a supermassive black hole inside galaxy NGC 1275. Scientists treat those ripples as actual sound coming from the void itself. To make it audible for human ears, that detected frequency gets shifted up by exactly 57 octaves.
