The fanbase surrounding Audrey Nuna and the collective HUNTR/X operates as an organic, viral community rather than a structured organization with formal branding. This audience is defined by a unique meta-narrative where fictional characters from the animated film KPop Demon Hunters transitioned into real-world superstars, creating a cultural phenomenon that blurred the lines between cinema and music industry reality. Engagement occurs primarily through direct social media interaction on platforms like Instagram, where fans process the surreal nature of the group's rapid ascent alongside the artist herself. While no official fandom name has been documented in public records, the community functions through shared recognition of historic milestones, such as the group becoming the first to top the Billboard 100 since the chart's inception and their subsequent triumph at major award ceremonies.

Audrey Nuna is currently evaluated by the iFANN Global Fame Engine but does not hold a placement in the published rankings. The evaluation confirms her status as a distinctive voice within the Asian American artist landscape without assigning a specific numerical rank or score in the Global Top 1,000 or any Top-100 scope list. This absence of a numeric ranking reflects the current parameters of the engine rather than a lack of impact, as the group's rise from voice actors to Oscar winners within a single year constitutes a primary mythos of their public image.[تعديل]

The stage name Nuna derives from a Korean term meaning older sister, used by younger males addressing an older female. She briefly studied at Berklee College of Music before leaving to pursue music full-time, a decision she has described as pivotal. Her collaboration with Jack Harlow on Comic Sans occurred prior to his mainstream explosion. She belongs to a wave of Korean-American artists gaining international recognition in the 2020s, with a genre description spanning pop, R&B, rap, and trap. A defining legend of her career involves the March 15, 2026 Academy Awards where HUNTR/X won Best Original Song for "Golden." During the acceptance speech, EJAE publicly apologized for initially failing to thank the members, stating "I love them so much," a moment described by Mashable as sealing their status as real-life icons. Another iconic event was the April 11, 2026 surprise performance at Coachella where the group joined Katseye to perform "Golden," cementing their transition to festival headliners. Their rise from voice actors in the Netflix film KPop Demon Hunters to winning an Oscar and performing at major ceremonies within a single year constitutes the primary mythos of their public image. The group's song "Golden" became the first girl group track to top the Billboard 100 since the chart's inception, marking a historic milestone for female-led groups that turned the movie's plot into a verified cultural event.[تعديل]
