Foreign Tongues

The Rolling Stones returned with their twenty-fifth British and twenty-seventh American studio album, Foreign Tongues, on July 10, 2026. Produced by Andrew Watt, who also helmed their previous record Hackney Diamonds, the project blends the band's signature blues-rock foundation with soul and pop flourishes. While early reports listed a 12-track running order, streaming platforms and reviews confirm the final release contains 14 songs with a total runtime of approximately one hour and two minutes.

This record marks a significant milestone as the final recording to feature the late drummer Charlie Watts, who passed away in August 2021. The track recorded with Watts serves as a poignant tribute, offering fans a final glimpse of the original rhythm section alongside the band's core members. An extensive roster of guest artists appears throughout the LP, including Steve Winwood, Robert Smith, Paul McCartney, Bruno Mars, Chad Smith, Benmont Tench, Darryl Jones, and Steve Jordan. [تعديل]
